The Taley and Jordan Hunt Braves Resource Center is here to ensure no Brave goes without the essentials they need to thrive. We understand that it can be hard to focus on your classes when you’re worried about everyday needs—like how to afford groceries. Even if your situation is temporary, your experience is real and we’re here to help. The Braves Resource Center is open to all enrolled UNCP students with a BraveCard.

Our Services

The Taley and Jordan Hunt Braves Resource Center is a student-focused hub for basic needs support, dedicated to helping you thrive both in and beyond the classroom. What began as a simple on-campus food pantry has evolved into a comprehensive resource center offering food assistance, emergency funding, life-skills support and connections to housing,healthcare and other essential services.

Our on-campus pantry remains a cornerstone of this work, and we’ve expanded our efforts to include personalized case management, student-led programming and partnerships across campus and the community — all designed to meet a wide range of student needs.
