Know the Signs. Speak Up. Get Help.

Your mental health matters, and recognizing when someone is struggling can make all the difference. If you or someone you know is showing signs of emotional distress, don’t wait — take action.
  • Talking about death, suicide, or feeling hopeless

  • Expressing a desire to die or harm themselves

  • Seeking access to weapons or other means

  • Feeling trapped or like there's no way out

  • Withdrawing from friends or activities

  • Showing extreme anxiety, mood swings, or changes in sleep

  • Saying they have no reason to live or no purpose

Concerned about someone's safety or well-being? Submit a confidential CARE Report. Our team will follow up and connect the student with support.
